We at MoosePoint Technology are extremely excited about this new release. With over 100 enhancements, version 5.0 is our biggest release yet. Most of the new features came out of requests from you, the folks that are building innovative applications using GeoSmart.net. A whole new suite of .Net components has been added to compliment the easy-to-use GeoSmart.net Management Portal. These components are very robust and allow you to build more sophisticated functionality into your GeoSmart.net applications. These components have been used internally at MoosePoint Technology to develop custom applications with GeoSmart.net. If you are familiar with the Visual Studio development environment, you'll be productive immediately with the new SDK. Most important, these developer tools are available free of charge as part of your GeoSmart.net software maintenance.Supporting More EnvironmentsWith support for all the latest releases of software like ArcIMS and ArcSDE 9.1 (including the newly available Service Pack 1), SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10G, Visual Studio 2005, and Safari browsers on the Mac, the environments where GeoSmart.net is implemented are becoming more diverse.
